Homemade Lamb Stock

Thanks to our friend Anne for sharing her easy homemade lamb stock!

 

In a slow cooker add:

2 bay leaves

1 large onion, roughly chopped

2 carrots, roughly chopped

3 sprigs fresh thyme

1 Tbsp peppercorns

4 cloves garlic

1/2 cup dry white wine

 

Cook on low for 12+ hours. Strain & use!
